First Two Days

I'm really excited so far, and feel like I've learned and reviewed a lot. Yesterday was our second day and we did 10! with the push press and deadlift. I learned how to do these the wrong way so I'm having to retrain my muscles, my time was 5:33 soooo lame.  I can do better but I was more concerned with form than going fast. This past weekend I did a mini-yoga workshop in Austin and went to my first Crossfit on ramp training having done two hot room flow yoga classes that day, one was power the other was sweaty yoga, surprisingly they gave me energy during the on-ramp session. Over the weekend I went to four total yoga classes. I think this is a great combination, yoga on the weekends and Crossfit during the week. Anyway to say the least I'm sore but I don't think today will be a rest day.  I'm thinking a long run is in order. I know Will said to do 400s but I just want to run and not stop, well I'll stop eventually, but yeah.
